Pardon both RHP Shelby Miller and RHP Kyle Lohse if they are ready to sue their own teams for a lack of run support this year. Miller is only getting 2.2 runs per game of support, and it’s a miracle that he is 3-2 to show for his work this year, while Lohse has been a bit unluckier. The righty is 1-2 in spite of the fact that he has a 2.53 ERA and a 0.91 WHIP thanks to the fact that his team has scored just 2.4 runs per game for him. Lohse clearly has a bone to pick with the Cardinals though, knowing that they didn’t bring him back to the team this year in spite of the fact that he won at least 14 games for them three times in the last five seasons, including scoring 30 victories in the last two years combined. We have to think that that motivation is going to be running strong in this game. Lohse will pitch lights out once again to slow down the Redbirds, and they’ll draw this four-game set level at a game apiece with a win on Friday night. Cardinals vs. Brewers Free Pick for May 3rd: Take the Milwaukee Brewers -105
